Tucked into a secluded bush gully, Stringybark sits on the
southern edge of the Great Dividing Range and Mt. Disappointment
State Forest. Fully self contained with
views of the bush from every window, the whole cottage is at your
disposal. Luxurious bed
linen, fluffy bath sheets and bath robes, settle in for a good read
and a glass of wine in front of the wood fire, book an in house
massage, catch some sun on the deck, listen to some music or take in
the view while you relax in the double spa.
Within easy driving distance of some of Victoria's most
successful wine growing districts - head out for some tasting; take
a wander in the bush; drive to the spectacular Strath Falls and the
quirky Strath Ck. pub; Kinglake National Park; St Andrews Market
(for some 70's deja vu) or do some horse riding in the local forest.
Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, BBQ, deck. Breakfast
provisions included in tariff - selection of teas, coffee, free
range eggs, tomatoes, bacon, mushrooms, breads and spreads, fresh
