Cooking Directions:

carrot parsley and spring onions simmer about five minutes (on low
boil) turn off and add the cream and cheese, stir until cheese
dissolves do not over heat, put into soup dish serve with side toast
fingers or croutons, good for guests who arrive late p.m. and need
to be nourished.
