Set in the tranquil hills of the Darling Ranges our BnB in Lesmurdie is still within a short distance by car to Perth City (25 minutes) it's Beaches, Golf Courses and all amenities.

The proprietor of the Good Life Chiharu San, is Japanese and it is her wish that you have a pleasant holiday in Western Australia and looks forward to making you as comfortable and happy as she can!


We offer the highest standard of accommodation and friendly efficient service, including all your transport needs at realistic prices. Our rooms are designed with freedom in mind giving independent access to our BnB Guests, so you can come and go as you please. Every room has an ensuite shower with toilet and hand basin, and our new room will also have a spa bath, so after a hard day touring or playing golf you can enjoy a hot shower or bath from our eco friendly solar hot water system. We can take you to Kalamunda (10 minutes by car) so you can enjoy a meal at one of our local restaurants, and afterwards we will drive you back to your accommodation. Our BnB has a BBQ available for your own use and afterwards you can relax in the privacy of your own room and be entertained with Foxtel television.
