The Murray - NSW Bed & Breakfasts
The
great Murray, Australia’s most important river, was a major trade
route during the days of the early settlers. Today it provides a
marvellous recreational playground with water sports of every kind
and visitors can still ride the grand old paddle steamers that once
plied the river.
Albury, the major regional centre, has many
fine heritage buildings. Deniliquin is known for its merino sheep
and Corowa is a favourite with golfers, for its attractive riverside
course.
